The SF6 GAS  comprehensive tester integrates the SF6 dew point meter, the SF6 purity meter and the SF6 decomposition product ,SO2 analyzer into one, and the functions that were originally realized with three instruments are concentrated in one instrument. With one on-site measurement, three indicators can be tested, which greatly saves gas in the equipment. One measurement saves 2/3 gas consumption, and at the same time reduces user workload and improves work efficiency..

 Characteristic

1. Fast and gas-saving: After the start-up into the measurement state, the measurement time per SF6 gas dew point is about 5 minutes, and the measurement time of SF6 purity and SF6 decomposition material is about 2 minutes.

2. Self-locking joint: It adopts Germany imported self-locking joint, which is safe and reliable, and has no air leakage.

3. Data storage: With a large capacity design, up to 200 sets of test data can be stored.

4. Curve function: The large screen curve shows the dew point measurement process.

5. Clear display: LCD screen directly displays dew point, micro water (ppm), SF6 purity, SO2, H2S content ambient temperature, ambient humidity, time and date.

Measurement

1. Connect SF6 equipment

Connect the threaded end of the measuring pipe to the switch connector, tighten it with a wrench, close the needle valve on the other end of the measuring pipe, and insert one end of the quick connector on the measuring pipe into the air inlet of the instrument; insert one end of the exhaust pipe Put the other end of the exhaust port on the back of the instrument into the groove or outside the window; finally connect the switch connector to the measurement interface of the SF6 electrical equipment, and tighten it with a wrench.

2. Initialization

Turn on the power switch of the instrument, the instrument enters the initialization self-check process, after the self-check, enter the measurement page.

3. Check the battery

It is recommended to use direct current in preference to this instrument. When using DC power, please check the battery level displayed in the upper right corner. If the battery level indicator turns red, please turn off the battery and continue to use it after charging.

4. Start measuring

Fully open the flow valve on the front panel of the dewpoint meter, and then slowly adjust the flow to about 0.5L/M by adjusting the needle valve on the measuring pipe, and start the measurement. It takes 5-10 minutes for the first device to measure, and 3 to 5 minutes for each device thereafter.

5. Store data

After the measurement is completed, you can save the data in the instrument and press the "OK" key to call up the operation menu. For specific operation methods, see the next section.

6. Measure other equipment

After measuring a piece of equipment, close the needle valve on the measuring pipe. Remove the switch connector and the measuring pipe from the SF6 electrical equipment. If you need to continue measuring other equipment, do not turn off the power of the instrument, and continue to measure the next equipment according to the above steps.

7. End of measurement

After measuring all equipment, turn off the power of the instrument.
