Application

This oil tension tester is widely used to measure interfacial and surface tension for various liquids and petroleum products such as transformer oil, lube oil, turbine oil, hydraulic oil, etc. The equipment is fully automatic that only pressing the "start" button can finish the tension value calculation according to the input parameters.

Main Features

1.Adopts original and fast-response electromagnetic force balance sensor and microprocessor intelligent control to improve measurement accuracy and linearity;

2.Only one calibration point is required, no need of zero adjustment potentiometer and full range potentiometer;

3.Integrated temperature detection circuit and automatic temperature compensation of the test results to avoid the impact of temperature on the tension value;

4.Automatically zeroes, measures, calculates, displays print results, and 300 pieces of measurement results can be stored
5.Adopt the original fast response electromagnetic force balance sensor to improve the measurement accuracy and linearity

6.The instrument calibration only needs to be calibrated at one point, which solves the problem of multi-point calibration for the previous generation sensors. Eliminates the zero adjustment potentiometer and the full-scale potentiometer.
7. Real-time display of equivalent tension value and current weight (can be used as electronic balance to weigh)
8. Integrated temperature detection circuit, automatic temperature compensation for test results
9. 240×128 dot matrix LCD display, no logo buttons, with screen protection function
10. Time-stamped history records, up to store 255 groups data .
11. Built-in high-speed thermal micro printer, nice and fast printing, with offline printing function
12. Equipped with a standard RC232 interface, which can be connected to a computer for easy processing of test data (optional).
