Application
Fully automatic double-stage vacuum transformer oil filtration machine adopts Programmable Logic Controller (P.L.C) to achieve the automation of whole treatment process. It is a creative design introducing international SIEMENS brand PLC advanced technology. It is applied to process transformer oil and insulating oil from power plant, power station, electric power company, power transmission equipment,transformers, industrial and mining enterprises, especially suitable for on-site installation, maintenance and purifying high level new oil, or running oil from big power transmission and distribution equipment and transformers on national main power transformation grid, which is above 110-750KV. It can shorten the oil treatment period for transformer installation and maintenance.
Feature
1. It is also specially used for 500KV, 750KV, 1000KV AC power grid, ±660KV,±800KV DC power supply. This machine has a strong ability of vacuum degassing, oil-water separation, and particles purification. Commonly used in the transformer on-site maintenance and high grade new oil, imported oil, transformer oil, EHV transformer oil deep purification treatment. Also used for vacuum oiling and drying of the transformer.
2. PLC Automatic Vacuum Transformer Dielectric Oil Purification Machine has adopted the advanced dehydrating and degassing system that uses large area three-dimensional flash distillation technique to remove harmful composition in the oil such as water, air and gas.
3. It can be widely used for oil filling for transformers and circuit breakers under vacuum condition.
4. Precise filtration system, high-quality filter element, multi-stage filtration with gradual precision can help to remove mechanical impurities in the oil.
5. An advanced fully automatic temperature controlling system, liquid-level controlling system, defoaming controlling system, pressure protecting system and excellent equipment can ensure operation of the equipment with high performance.
