Portable Cooking Oil Purifier Application
This vacuum cooking oil filtration machine is made of 304 stainless steel (food grade). It is designed specially for filtering used cooking oil, virgin coconut oil, dirty vegetable oil, trench oil, swill oil, animal oil etc. It effectively and completely removes particles, water, alcohol etc. from oil. The treated oil is clean and clear with good smell. COP-S is an ideal purification machine for virgin coconut oil and vegetable oil factories, frying food factories, oil restaurants, waste oil collecting stores.
Cooking Oil Filtering Unit Feature
1. Highly effective vacuum dewatering, deodorizing, and impurities removing system.
2. It has the back flush system which can clean the filter elements automatically.
3. We uses stainless steel filter element which has a good anti-corrosive performance. Especially, the precision of eliminating impurity is high and the service life is long. Also, it has large volume for holding the impurities.
4. Unique degassing and dewatering system: Using 3D-Evaporation technical and thin film evaporation, which can separate the trace water, soluble water and gases from the oil quickly by the Multi-level water-oil separation technology.
5. Made of food grage stainless steel suitable for final oil edible usage.
6. Hi-automatically operated, convenient, reliable, and safe.
