LPC-P50 portable oil particle counter is designed based on the principle of light blockage method, which is specially used for fast detection of oil contamination level on site. It has the advantages of small volume, light weight, fast detection speed, high precision, good repeatability, and can work under extremely harsh conditions such as high temperature and high pressure. Built-in micro water sensor and temperature sensor, so it can detect water content and temperature as well as pollution degree in oil. It can be widely used in aerospace, petrochemical, transportation ports, iron and steel metallurgy, automobile manufacturing and other fields of hydraulic oil, lubricating oil, transformer oil (insulation oil), turbine oil, gear oil, engine oil and other oil detection.

II. Features

  1. The principle of light blockage method, the use of high-precision laser sensor, small size, high precision, stable performance.
  2. It is suitable for laboratory or on-site detection, and can also be used for on-line high pressure measurement with pressure-reducing device to realize real-time detection of oil particle contamination.

Installation

1. High-pressure environment: If the pressure of the system port to be tested is greater than 0.6Mpa, install a decompression device (optional). The pressure relief device is installed between the interface of the system under test and the liquid inlet of the instrument

2. After startup, the instrument should be preheated for 10 minutes before testing.

3. Before the test, appropriate solvent (such as petroleum ether) should be used to clean the pipeline and injection slit to ensure the accuracy of the test.

4. At the end of the test and the replacement of the inspection products, the appropriate solvent (such as petroleum ether) must be used for cleaning operation, ensure that the instrument pipeline clean before shutting down or the next test.

5. There is a filter screen installed at the liquid inlet of the instrument. When there are too many impurities in the liquid sample, the filter screen will be blocked, affecting the injection and causing abnormal test data. Therefore, the inlet filter screen should be cleaned regularly
